https://journal.frontierandmaritime.com/index.php/emcp/article/view/2
<table> <tbody> <tr> <td> <p>Lobster plays a pivotal role in the fisheries industry, and the potential development of this business needs to be thoroughly understood to support regional economic growth, particularly in Sebubus Village, West Kalimantan. This research aims to conduct A study of prospect and simulation on the techno-economic aspects of lobster cultivation businesses in West Kalimantan. The research methodology involves collection data primary and secondary through field surveys, interviews with business stakeholders, and analysis of relevant economic data. The data were obtained from lobster business locations in Sebubus Village and secondary data from recent scientific articles. The data used encompass aspects such as production costs, selling prices, and other factors affecting the sustainability of the business. Based on the results of techno-economic simulations with fixed variables of harvest composition (A 30%, B 30%, C 40%), critical factors for lobster cultivation businesses were identified, including a minimum seedling capacity of 14.87 kg, a minimum survival rate of 67.65%, a maximum decline in lobster selling prices of 20.42%, while an increase in feed prices did not have a significant effect. This research is expected to provide a significant contribution to the understanding of the lobster business economy in Sebubus Village and its surrounding areas. https://journal.frontierandmaritime.com/index.php/emcp/article/view/5
<table width="586"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="388"> <p>This paper discusses the impact of feminism on women through the Chinese social media and e-commerce platform—Xiaohongshu. Sentiment and themes were categorized for 100 top posts, which ranged from movie recommendations to critiques of women's status and encouragement in self-love. It was realized that there were well-balanced presentations of feminist discourses with large chunks for each category. This indicates active engagement and diversity of ideas on issues of feminism by young Chinese women. The platform has further served as a means through which feminist discourses are publicized and resisted in a manner representative of broader societal attitudes toward gender equality in contemporary China.</p> <p> </p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>Changjian GengMohammad Reevany Bustami

https://journal.frontierandmaritime.com/index.php/emcp/article/view/6
<table> <tbody> <tr> <td> <p>This study examines the individual and combined effects of motivation, loyalty, service quality, and administration costs on customers' decision to use gold installment products at Bank Syariah Indonesia Tangerang Selatan. The study also considers the moderating effect of promotion. The research method used is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique. Both primary and secondary data are utilized as data sources, with the study being conducted at BSI and involving 100 participants. IBM SPSS Statistics 20 is used for data analysis. The results indicate that Motivation (X1) influences the decision to use Gold Installment Products, while Loyalty (X2) does not. Service Quality (X3) and Administration Cost (X4) influence decisions. However, the Promotion variable (X5) does not affect the decision directly, but it can act as a moderating variable, strengthening the interaction between motivation and the decision. Simultaneously, motivation, loyalty, service quality, administration cost, and promotion collectively influence the customer's decision to use gold installment products.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>Siti JamilahWaryunNita YalinaMirrah Nabighah

2025-01-312025-01-3111The Concept of Good Governance in The Perspective of Public Service: A Literature Review
https://journal.frontierandmaritime.com/index.php/emcp/article/view/8
<table> <tbody> <tr> <td> <p>Public service is a core aspect of the duties of state apparatus by 1945. The government has failed to provide good service to the people. Public services must be carried out transparently and accountably by every unit of government service agency; the quality of public service bureaucracy has yet to have a broad impact on achieving public welfare. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. The kind of data used in this research is secondary data. The research analysis uses a qualitative method, starting with the concept of public service according to various experts and then analyzing the concepts of service quality and good governance from the public service perspective. Public service is conducted routinely and continuously, encompassing the entire life of individuals within society. Public service refers to the activities carried out to meet the service needs by laws and regulations. There are basic concepts of quality in public service and concepts and applications of good governance in the public sector. Based on the results of the research analysis, the characteristics of good governance from the public service perspective must meet four main elements: accountability, transparency, openness, and legal compliance.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>Jeronimo da CruzLeonildo Alberto Araujo

2025-01-312025-01-3111Intersecting Culture: the Case of East Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara
https://journal.frontierandmaritime.com/index.php/emcp/article/view/3
<table width="586"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="388"> <p>East Nusa Tenggara, a province in eastern Indonesia, is subject to acute poverty as a result of demographic factors and restricted access to capital, particularly for women. The economy primarily relies on agriculture, fishing, and livestock; however, productivity is low due to inefficient practices, uneven rainfall, and lengthy, dry seasonalities. Access to markets, health, education, and tourism is impeded by inadequate infrastructure, which has a detrimental effect on the quality of life and slows economic growth. Women are notably affected by the high poverty rates in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The government should incorporate sociocultural sociocultural factors into developing policies to enhance these women's well-being. Koperasi, democratic and solidarity institutions, can be employed to facilitate inclusive access to capital and foster prosperity. Koperasi may receive assistance from the government in the form of regulatory incentives, funding, educational campaigns, and skills training. Banks may also contribute to capital access; however, collateral requirements may serve as an obstruction. Regulatory incentives, collaboration with microfinance institutions, and a credit guarantee scheme can be beneficial. Gender-responsive policies should consider the community's cultural context and involve various sectors and institutions. A multisectoral approach can achieve a comprehensive policy that encompasses women's lives. The East Manggarai regional government can empower impoverished women to contribute to inclusive economic development through collaborative efforts among various stakeholders.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>Khaerul Umam NoerSipin PutraKurnia Novianti
